Title: Mock Fire and Evacuation Drill

Description:

Sant Nischal Singh Pre School made this first action to safeguard health and safety because it is the school's top concern. Preschool held a mock fire and evacuation simulation on October 7th, 22 to educate, sensitize, assist, and train teachers/staff and students in the event of an unforeseen catastrophe such as a fire or natural calamity.

Mock drills are a key aspect of preparedness since they teach everyone how to respond to such issueswhile also determining what works and what does not and improving effectiveness in such scenarios.

As soon as the fire alarm sounded, the pupils filed out in order, accompanied by their teachers and utility personnel, to
the nearest and shortest escape. The small toddlers were also accompanied by school security in this drill. All were able to leave the preschool building in 3 minutes and 10 seconds. In the event of an emergency, students are
trained get to the safe designated places assigned to each class. The class teachers conducted a head count to check that
everyone was present. Students were informed about the importance of this drill by their respective teachers.

Staff members have received special training to deal with crises and provide first-aid care when needed.

The drills focused on activating the entire response system, as well as decision making and life safety components, and were followed by a review session.
